Where we've come from
The path to Customer Happiness
Like other successful SAAS start-ups, the Customer Happiness Score was born out of a simple business need.
Working in the hospitality industry, our co-founders, John and Mike, have always been in the business of keeping customers happy.
"We were using the industry standard metric to keep a check on customer satisfaction, but there was something missing. It wasn't giving us a true picture of how our customers felt."
We now welcome 1/4 million guest bed nights, serve 1 million meals per annum and operate at near 100% occupancy all year round with 80% being repeat business.
The Customer Happiness Score® platform plays a large part in making our own success story happen, and we’re proud when we see others enjoy the same successes using the same tried and tested Customer Happiness strategies that are carefully crafted into our simple to use platform.
We test everything in house and we see first hand what works and then share the ideas and marketing tips and tricks with our users, your success is our success and because we know just how powerful CHS® is we really do feel like it’s out duty to make it available to the World - and hopefully spread allot of happiness for both businesses and their customers in the process.
